Contacted Paul Rich and explained what happened and they promptly replied back to me and gave me instructions to send the watch back. Sent the watch back and within a week received my replacement watch. I love my Paul Rich watches and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service!!! I will continue to add Paul Rich watches to my collection!!!”
