“The best purchase I've made this year.
My cat had a UTI and peed all over my rug. I tried everything to get the smell out. I bought a carpet washer and washed the rug with multiple products. I used products to remove animal odour, regular carpet cleaners, urine off, snooza urine remover, detergent and an enzymatic laundry liquid (suggested by my vet), the detergent to break down the fats and the enzymatic laundry liquid the proteins. I tried lemon, bi-carb and vinegar, breaking my dyson stick in the process. Do not vacuum bi-carb from your rug/carpet! I added oils to cleaners, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon myrtle, clove. There was so much moisture is my home, I started finding mold on my furniture.
14 washes later, having bought a new vacuum, carpet washer and hundreds of dollars in products all to save an $800 5 year old rug, I could still smell cat wee.
I'm from a generation that aren't as comfortable buying products online, I'm very capable, it's just not my preference so I initially went hunting for stockists of petlab products before taking the plunge and buying online. It took one wash with the urine stain and odour remover. Anxiety around my kitty weeing on my rug is gone. I now know I can give it a quick once over with my carpet washer and PetLab cleaner.

“I have used an USA pet odour remover in the past and it work, it would just way to costly for the results it gave to continue to use it. After using petlabs version I am amazed by the results it gives and the price is so much more afordable then other product I mention earlier. I also am just blown away by there partpet shampoo and I am now eyeing off the lurdery products. hahahah Recomend trying it! S (Super) tire product.”
