“It works really well and helped greatly diminish some cigarette smells and pet smells in the carpet of our new home. I would be giving it 5 star except I found the smell of the product itself quite strong and off-putting. A bit unpleasant when it's filling your entire home, a cloying sickly sweet smell, smells kind of like fake vanilla. Hoping it dissipates soon!
I'd love it petlab could do a fragrance free version, or even just a fresher smell, like mint. Then it would be 5 stars for sure.”

“Bought this as my cat decided to wee on our couch when I was pregnant, tried every cleaner and nothing worked as I thought, when I got out of hospital all I could smell was his pee, tried a professional cleaner to clean our couch and it still stank. Used this and the smell instantly gone from the couch, I have used this on my laminate floors, couch and added a tiny bit to pet bedding pet towels etc in the wash and it is amazing!! I have just ordered more along with the laundry liquid and the eco spray to keep my house smelling fresh. I dunno what’s in it but I love the smell and how good it works!!!”
“We used it to wash carpets after our son had peed on it a bit. And its worked amazing weve tried all other 'normal' odour removing carpet cleaners on it and did absolutely nothing, I did a quick go over with this and the smell is gone. Will be using to wash couch and mattresses as well and going to get the laundry liquid to wash his bedding etc (he is autistic and sleep walks when he does it)”
