“Really works (odour remover). Had to treat a room with extensive stains on the carpet and an appalling cat wee smell. Was unsure about the best approach so called Petlab and got great advice. Proceeded, left it to slowly dry as instructed and the wee smell is GONE. I’m not a perfumes person so that is still a bit strong for my liking but it is fading and there is NO wee smell lurking underneath. Highly recommend.”

I have an arthritic 8 year old female Rotty who for the last 12 months has been urinating on our back patio area, right outside our sliding door, instead of going further away to use the grassed area. We try to hose or wet it down .. but sometimes life gets in the way and its not done promptly and it has sunk into the (expensive) exposed aggregate concrete. The smell could be noticed from our driveway as we got out our cars. Plus the staining.
Then 10 months ago we got a boy puppy Rotty.. who copies his big sister, plus has to scent on top of her wee's.
