I'm so sorry that you received your product and that you were not happy with the quality of it, I had no idea until yesterday - I just came across your review when going through entries for the luxury hotel stay draw (which you have been entered into, I'll be announcing winners shortly!).
Obviously that is a terrible experience to have and I'm sorry that it wasn't what you expected. Each of the planters shouldn't have any chips or cracks, so it sounds that it was broken in transit. That said, if it was chipped/cracked in transit, I take full responsibility!
It's been a learning experience for myself running a new family business (I launched the store in February) on what will and won't break in the post while also keeping packaging minimal/eco-friendly, but either way that doesn't make up for your broken planter pot!
As soon as I saw your review yesterday I VERY securely packaged up a new black standing planter pot for you, and posted it out to you. If this one also breaks in transit, or is still not the quality you are expecting, I will either send you a brand new one again until one arrives intact, OR I will refund you 100% for your order and you can keep both planter pots.
And if it is just an issue that it broke in transit, I can assure you I'll keep on sending you replacements until you get one unbroken. Unfortunately Australia Post can be a bit rough with packages, but I still take full responsibility for how it is packaged and am happy to send a replacement!
