“Thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent my daughter, she was delighted with them and sent a photo. I too was delighted with them. I sent them to her on an extremely sad occasion for her. I noted that delivery could be anywhere from 9am to 5pm and hoped that she would receive them in the morning. I like to believe that you read my message to her and made every effort to get them to her as early as possible. She received them first thing in the morning -perfect!!
