“I've used Pearsons on two occasions now and both times I have received excellant service. On the recent order that I sent I needed to change the delivery address the day before and I spoke with a lovely lady on the call centre who was very helpful and made the changes with no fuss. Their communicaton is excellant and you get notifications when the flowers are on the way and when they are delivered. My wife loved the Pastel Beauty Bouquet. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and beautifully wrapped. I highly recommend pearsons florists and they will be my go-to florist from now on.”
