“I've not seen an image of the hamper as it was a sympathy hamper. The recipient thanked me, but I can't comment on it, other than it was delivered on time.”

“Rather disappointed actually- the plant sent was not the one pictured. The pot was different and the plant was different. A completely different plant type altogether was sent. I understand stock may have run out but I would have liked to be informed of other options and given the chance to make a different selection. I would have not chosen the one delivered. My confidence in your service has been lessened.”
