“The centerpice was beautiful and the recipient was very happy! Appreciate the excellent customer service and the communication regarding to and throughout the dellvery process. Suggestion: Maybe send a photo of the item whether or not the recipient was available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery. This way the sender can view the item they ordered. Not every recipient has access to a mobile and the sender won't have to ask the recipient to send a picture.”
