“The flower arrangement I received for my wife’s birthday was lovely, but it was smaller and less full than the one pictured on your website. I understand that natural variation occurs with flowers, but the photo gives the impression of a larger, taller arrangement, which is what I expected. I’m disappointed because it didn’t match that impression.”

“I ordered the Pearsons Pamper Hamper for my daughter’s birthday, and she absolutely loved it. The presentation of the hamper was beautiful as were all the products. The ordering process was easy and the communication from Pearsons to me was wonderful. I knew that my order was being filled and I also received notification when the hamper was delivered to my daughter. It was all done beautifully and my daughter was rapt. Thank you (from an interstate orderer) for helping make my daughter’s birthday extra special.”
