“The product is OK, I think it's semi lasted because there is room between the vamp and shoe tree but not sure if it is the shoe, the tree or suppose to be like that. Otherwise it fits everywhere else well without stretching the shoe to be bigger than needed. I haven't wore the shoes yet so can say much more u till I have tested the tees out properly”

Dear Customer We were sorry to read your review of this Alfred Sargent lasted shoe tree, we are sorry that they did not meet your expectations. These shoe trees were made by Springline in Northamptonshire - which is also the manufacturer responsible for making the lasts that Alfred Sargent use. They are fully lasted according to their exacting specifications. Please could we enquire which shoes (including the size) you are using them with? These trees are made specifically for footwear made on the 109 last. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can of course return them to us. We will await your further advice.
