“I love it. Great design. However, you can slightly improve this product by adjusting the hooks for the strap. One of the hooks needs to be placed just below the zipper on the outside. Simply because when you carry a loaded bag, the outside zipper side drops because the velcro on the inside isn't strong enough to keep it upright. Hope that this makes sense.”
