“Generally, excellent service, with pleasure in doing the business . . but . . This is the second Ettinger passport case that I have ordered, for my two passports. The first case is black. My second order was for 'navy' to help distinguish one pass from the other. Unfortunately, shipped out was not 'navy/blue' but a second 'black' case. Not to award five stars would appear mean!”
