“Well, first off I love 'peepers' and have bought a bunch [20 pairs maybe] of glasses from them over the years. While they are all pretty stylish, the quality is either really good or really, um - not! I just got two pairs, they both look great but one of them already had a screw coming out! I just cant figure that out. I have to have a repair kit in my office, my den, my bedroom, my car... The screws just come out, meanwhile, as I type this im in a pair I think I bought 2 years ago and they are as sturdy as ever. This pair, that I wish I had 4 more of, never feel as if the glass is going to pop out when I am cleaning them. Others, well - the glass pops out! Love/Hate! ...but great customer service!”
“The material is good quality, matte plastic, nice turtleshell pattern, doesn’t look cheap like other readers. This frame is a bit too big for me, it’s a bit loose. Bought another pair that doesn’t fit at all and i learn that I’ll have to pay for shipping back if i want a refund... it’ll cost me more to ship back than the refund! I will never shop from this site again and will never recommend this brand to anyone.”
“I've now had over a dozen pairs of Peepers over the past few years and this pair was a favorite. I bought them 2X. Stylewise, they have some great choices. And I find them very comfortable. Unfortunately, only two of the many pairs I have purchased are still in one piece and those are my favorites that I don't wear often. I'm now looking into other brands and even trying a premium reader variety to see if it makes sense to get away from throwing away broken glasses regularly.”
“I love all my peepers except I’ve had a problem with the plastic material around the hinge breaking. It has happened to 4 pairs. I am gentle on my peepers. They are either in my coffee table or in the case that came with them. Not sure why this is happening but getting frustrated. Probably will try another brand. My old brands I use to wear never had this problem.”
