“I am digging my Peepers! So glad to be able to see again! And to be CUTE as i wear them... However, the website was not in synch with the inventory. I ordered two pairs at once but my second pair didn’t arrive. The invoice in the box SAID both pairs were included but they weren’t. I immediately called customer service. They said the frames I chose were out of stock. A replacement pair in a different style is supposed to be on the way! Assuming the replacement pair arrives- I give 4 stars!”
“I have tried easily over 100 + frames and readers over the years. These seem like they were made just for me!!! Love, love, love them (if it is possible to love an inanimate object). Even during these challenging times, the customer service has been exceptional (I had to arrange an exchange because I originally ordered the wrong style) , the return/exchange policy was seamless and the delivery time was efficient. Overall, the experience was flawless.”
