“First pair I ordered were too strong, called and ordered the replacement pair and returned the first pair. The process was so easy. Their customer service reps are friendly and so happy to help you through the process to make sure you are happy. The pair I returned was more black and cream, where the replacement is more dark brown and light brown, but still very nice. I have recommended to my friends, they have a great variety to choose from, shipping is quick too.”
