I called and mentioned this (I was waiting for them) to the Rep and she said I needed to wait 2 more days. This was due to a 5 business day wait. I still did not receive them after the 2 days. I called again and they sent me another pair of the same over night and I got them quickly. I was super impressed about this they were very empathic about my situation and took care of me.
