“When I order, the process is always fine. I love the style of these glasses. I have owned many pairs. The reason for my four-star review is due to their lack of longevity. I can get a few months out of a pair and invariably the frames break and the lens falls out. I buy two pair at a time to keep them in stock. I would be happier if the frames were more durable.”
