I do love your product, but wish that you would make a modification to the frame by making the hole go all the way through where the arm attaches to the body. So many arms have fallen off and I have to toss the broken pair in the LANDFILL because the arm can’t be reattached with a pin or something else.
ALSO, PLEASE , PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR ENVIRONMENT AND DO AWAY WITH AUTOMATICALLY SENDING A CASE WITH EVERY PAIR. I HAVE A DRAWER FULL OF THESE THINGS
AND PLEASE STOP WITH THE PLASTIC ON ONE ARM - WHATS WITH PLACING A PLASTIC SLEEVE ON ONLY ONE ARM. NOT NECESSARY- GET RID OF IT. IT ALL ADDS UP”
