“I've been using your flea meds for at least 3 years for my 3 dogs. Never a problem until 3 months ago, I forgot to change my shipping address from Florida to PA. I did pay for that month and hopefully it's waiting for me when I get back down there. I contacted you and you told me that you will change my shipping address to PA and I then paid for another month of meds and never recieved that one either. In the meantime I'm paying you AND having to go out and buy them off the counter. If this is how it's going to work I'd like to cancel my subscription please. Can't work with it this way.”
