“I love that this is a monthly delivery and arrives about a week before the dogs are due for the next application. Prior to the website "reno" it was easier to modify your subscription date and your overall subscription including adding or subtracting or pausing items. The "new" website leaves a lot to be desired in regards to editing your order in a timely manner. You can add items, but editing the order for each dog or in general is not always available. You basically just have to email customer service which is a nuisance now. But the products are great and seem to be effective. My dogs love the blueberry baked treats the most.”

“My dog is not large, just 21 pounds, but I was still seeing fleas at the smaller dose so I went to the next dose up. Since switching there haven't been any fleas, but I worry a bit about the extra chemicals. It might be a good idea to have more weight specific doses?”

“It's a good product but I have tried to cancel it and get the flea and tick for over 55lbs but I keep getting this and it isn't working for my dog. And yes I updated her profile.”
