“After receiving the 3rd shipment, the dogs recognize your shipping box AND immediately report to the "treatment area" (also known as the kitchen) to receive their application. (and a special treat!). They are always excited to be treated because since starting the program they do not seem to have any issues with fleas. (and I might add...NC has lots of fleas!!!)”
