“I have no idea how (probably because someone in our house (me) forgot to treat the dog last month), but we had a yucky flea infestation break out in our home. I've never seen this before. We found fleas on our dog's bed and our living room rug. I used this spray, and the problem was solved. I'll remember to keep Mike (our dog) protected monthly. Thank you for this quick fix!”

“Products were as described and great. However, it was their customer service departments attitude and professionalism that has convinced me to continue making purchases from PetFriendly! The USPS had some conflicting and/or erroneous information listed in tracking information status on their website regarding my order from PetFriendly. I reached out to PetFriendly customer service about my concerns and they kept in contact with me and monitored the status of my delivery until my order was delivered. This personal attention is really unheard of in this day and age of the "modern" model of customer service platforms. Kudos to this team's customer service staff!”
