“We're a 1 cat, empty twice daily, top-up weekly kinda household. We really didn't enjoy using this practically non-clumping litter.
•Lavender scent was harsh/ violent straight out of the bag.
•Dusty and tracked out of the tray.
•Deodorising only lasted a few days.
• Initially, urine clumps but disintegrates when scooping.
• the whole tray had to be binned weekly, or midgies (fruit flies) would move in.”
“I found the natural version of this product great so thought I would try the Lavender scented version. As per the previous feedback the smell is so overpowering it is awful. It made me feel heady and nauseous and the cats reluctant to use. I tried to return to Pet Stock but they said not possible so rather than ditch the product costing over $40 I decided to leave the bag open outside the house and dilute it. I have used Lavender Scented litter before and the smell was great but this is not and not even sure it is lavender (not anything I have smelt before) I wrote to the manufacturer but heard nothing so I hope they read the feedback. I also found the product didnt hold the clump together so well so will not buy again. Now using Trouble and Trix Triple Action with bicarb, Fresh Scented which is a lot better on smell and clumping.”
“We have three cats and previously we were changing the litter everyday with Breeders Choice due to the smell of ammonia. While this one definitely holds in the ammonia scent, it is incredibly overpowering. I dont usually mind the smell of lavender but this smell is just too much (especially when you open the bag for the first time)!!!! I cant fault them at all on the longevity of the product though; for our three cats (plus two bunnies that use the same litter box) a bag lasts us a whole month!! I also noticed that the dust is incredibly minimal if any and the cats dont seem to be leaving a trail of litter from the litter box! This is one of the first brands that we have used for clumping and overall Id say it does the job and is effective, however, sometimes when scooping the clumps out they break up into finer pieces (not sure if this is normal for clumping litter). Overall a good product if you can get over the ridiculously overpowering scent. I wouldnt buy this scent again but will purchase from Worlds Best again for sure )”
