“I purchased this for my 3 guinea pigs as I liked that it could be filled up without removing from the cage. I also liked that it was plastic as my children and I had smashed 3 glass ones over 18 months Unfortunately, the water bottle emptied out entirely over a 24 hour period of regular use, saturating the cage floor (not from dripping, maybe a lot of water escaping when the guinea pigs were using it?). I returned it for a replacement but the same thing happened. Returned the second one and purchased the glass model again from a different pet store. The sales assistant at PetStock was lovely. The manager initially refused to refund the product because there was no obvious leak. They begrudgingly approved the refund but would not conceed that a water bottle that emptied over a 24 hr period to saturate a cage was in any way inferior to another model that doesn't. Reluctant to shop at this store again.”
