“Don't buy this range of pet doors, or believe googles AI referencing it's easy install. It maybe easy for a single pane glass door if you can cut glass. But it's incredibly difficult to install in a hollow core door. The tolerances and fittings are minute. I ended up only installing the exterior panel and duct taping the gap in the hollow core door.
I'm a competent trades man and installing this by myself with only two hands was incredibly frustrating. Im only giving this 1 star because no stars isn't an option.”

In the end I only suck the exterior panel on and used duct tape to cover the hollow core interior gap between the door panels. This is a really poor installation design and I imagine it is only really suitable for single pane glass doors.

“This is the worst cat door. It is so poorly designed I can’t believe it’s still on the market. It didn’t work well and for my cats to use it I’ve basically cut it to pieces. The bolt threads hang out the back, the magnet too strong so I removed it. There is a free thingy I’m guessing to try and stop the door from swinging, yeah that stops the cars from wanting to use it as it’s loud and clunky. It truely looks hideous. Regretting my purchase. Recommend buying a different brand.”
