“I purchased the large bear for our kelpie x and it has been the most durable plush toy we have ever purchased! I am amazed by how long it has lasted her, usually when she gets a stuffed toy it has been destroyed in less than 5 minutes, all the stuffing is out, the squeeker is out, its just a rag she carries around. This bear though - it took almost a week for her to chew through to the squeeker, there were a couple of holes in the first few days but compared to other soft toys it is definitely worth the money. 2 weeks later teddy is still all in tack, just has a couple of extra arms and legs that she has pulled out from the inner rope structure and no more squeeker. Would definitely purchase again.”
“I purchased the KONG Bear for my toy cavoodle for Christmas - he is 4 months old. He has been chewing through all toys given to him so I thought to give the KONG Bear a go as it was highly recommended by many people. On the first day, he chewed all the patches off the bear and by day 3, had pulled off the patch from the foot and got into the bear. To my surprise, a lot of stuffing came out and he is now working on the rope that is within this bear. Whilst a cute and sturdy product for many, it did not last a week with my pup before opening. Would recommend keeping a close eye on this toy with your pup or only letting them cuddle it when they sleep if they are a passionate chewer like my boy.”
“My 2 yr old staffy chews up every single toy to its death and its in the bin within 24 hours after purchase. We have had the kong teddy bear for over a week and she still has not able to tear into it! Im so happy with this toy!! Its fantastic and Id buy again and again. shell nibble and pull at it until shes nackered out and still in perfect condition (besides the slobber) My friend also brought the same teddy (after her dog needed extreme surgery as it swallowed a lot stuffing from another dog toy) she can now relax easy knowing her dog is safe with this teddy because of the rope skeleton and duration!”
“I bought my 3 dogs one of these each and we still have them over a year+ later (And this includes surviving a very destructive puppy!) Theyve ripped off an arm or leg covering on each toy but then they have SO much fun chewing on the rope. Minimal clean up after theyve ripped something off because of the rope skeleton. They love the challenge of trying to untie the rope legs and arms, and even then it still doesnt fall apart or make a mess. The squeaker seems to be in a tricky place for them to make noise, but I consider that a blessing! Favourite toy for all the dogs!”
