“The main issue I have with pet post is that there is NO prior notice that the recurring order is about to ship and that funds are taken without so much a “by your leave”. I think this is bad business. There should be an email telling the customer that “in a week (or whatever period of time) your order will be due to ship and the balance due is $###.” THAT would be the decent way to go about it.”
