“Long term user of Max's. At first I was horrified by the change in litter. Until I looked it up and found its the same natural ingredients just compressed into pallets. My cat didn't notice the change, but I did!! Wayyy less dust, less thrown out of the tray, works much the same when it's wet breaks down into the smaller granules again. I was sceptical at first but now quite happy with the change.”
“I was very disappointed to be sent a different product from what I ordered and paid for and what was pictured in the cart. The kitty litter I was sent has a different packaging and the litter granules themselves are much larger and a different texture and our cat who is used to the old litter which I was not sent refuses to pee on this different litter and is peeing all over the house. I would like a refund but preferably to be sent what I ordered very quickly.”
