“High quality ingredients and the processing methods ensure its expensive but boy, its worth it. However, one note to anyone considering purchasing this for the first time. Dont despair if your cat/s do not take it (I heard this from other users as well). This food can be tricky to introduce to their diet but I have figured how to do that after my cats walked away from it the very first time. So I have two tips for introducing Ziwi Peak for the first time to your cat/s. Firstly, as its such a rich food, putting too much in the bowl is a turn off for them. So start off with putting very small portions (10 to 15 pieces) and then slowly increasing portion size. Secondly, an alternative method (and what I do daily) is to mix Ziwi Peak with another dry food (such as Blackhawk for instance). I use a ratio of one third Ziwi Peak to other. My cats love it now and rarely any left over in the bowl. Recommended product!”
