Thank you for your feedback, and we completely understand your concerns regarding the wasteful oversized packaging. This is definitely not the standard for how we usually send our dental treats.
It appears that one of the packs was sent from our Sydney store, which is why it arrived in a different box. However, this should normally be shipped in a much smaller package, and we are addressing this with our operations team to investigate further.
Rest assured, we’re working to ensure this is just a one-off occurrence and not something that will happen again in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding and will take steps to improve the packaging process.
