“Searched and searched for a quality food that had great reviews and came across petzyo.....saw the price and was a little reluctant but my old girl is pushing 15 years old and deserves the best....liked what I saw and read and took the plunge, my dog from the first bowl had smashed this food like there is no tomorrow, she was a grazer on her old food but absolutely loves this new food and will finish her serve in record time. I feed her twice a day with a bowl in the morning and night and the morning bowl would always be untouched at dinner time but not anymore. Couldnxt recommend this food more highly! Give it a try and you wonxt be disappointed.”

When Australia post decided that my address didnxt exist I got in touch with Petzyo and explained what had happened and on xmas eve I got a call from the sales rep who was very apologetic and got another bag on a courier asap (which unfortunately didnxt arrive either due to Australia post). She even offered to drive to me and deliver a bag to me personally and give me the spare bag that she had at home for her own dog. The whole delivery experience, due to Australia Post was horrible. Everyone I spoke to at Petzyo was fabulous and couldnxt be more helpful. I did eventually get my box of dry food which got given to a local delivery company who could find my house and Petzyo also gave me a complimentary bag as well due to the inconvenience.
