“Awful. Totally nonsensical website that forces you to fill out unnecessary information and doesn’t allow you to just click and buy. Also the re-order is opt-out rather than opt-in, again forcing you to take action to avoid unnecessary delivery (I feed my dog a varied diet and Petzyo is but one ingredient so it is impossible for them to calculate a reorder interval.”
