“Petzyo delivers to your door and comes in adorable packaging. The biscuits are high quality and my dog has really taken to them. I do often find that we run out of biscuits before our next delivery date - even when following the recommended scoops per day. I actually increased the weight of my dog to ensure more biscuits but this does not seem to be foolproof. It would be great if the quantity had a little bit of wiggle room to overlap with the following delivery.”
“Your system could use some upgrading. I’ve made this comment to you before but nothing has changed and I doubt that you will share this feedback with your customers. There is no capability to vary the amount delivered or the delivery date. If we are running short that means having to go to the shop and buy some other food to last until our delivery comes. It’s a very clunky interface that seems designed to prevent variations in the ordering. Why???”

“I have a big lab x gsp with a really sensitive stomach and this has been the first dry food that hexs been able to eat without issues (we tried about 10 different kinds of kibble before this). He has this as well as the patties and it makes poop cleaning up time a breeze (when we trialled other foods that didnxt work out it wasnxt pretty when I was trying to clean up in public). His black coat is also always really shiny and gets loads of compliments. Thanks for keeping his tummy in check, and keeping him super handsome and shiny )”
