But the packaging is always crappy, it breaks, the seals fall off, it’s not air tight and tears sob. When we said something They recommended we decant into something air tight which we do now. If this is something that a lot of their customers are doing, I would love it if they had a low plastic delivery option for ppl who just were going to throw away the packaging.”

“My experience thus far has been very good.I was cooking my girl dinners and putting a lot of research amp time into preparing her a healthy, nutritious meal. I wanted her morning meal of dry food to have the same nutrients and quality ingredients as her evening meal. After researching the best dry food available in Australia I settled on Petzyo kibble that counts because it has all the ingredients I am already feeding my loving girl. Also, I like the fact it’s Australian made amp it is a very good price for quality food.My order arrived promptly amp when I brought the box in, my girl actually started ripping it open herself! The bag has a very easy zip close on it which ensures I can open amp close the bag with ease. (No fur babies snuffling their way in amp helping themselves)I have now adopted a beautiful boy too and have switched them both to raw dinners amp Petzyo kibble in the morning and they Love it. Our new dog is VERY skinny (he’s a rescue dog) and he is doing very well on his new diet. His skin has cleared up, his coat is soft amp shiny, and he is starting to fill out.Both my dogs are looking very healthy and happy, and that makes me happy.”

“My order payment was automatically removed from my account on Easter Monday my order was processed by Petzyo on Wednesday afternoon, then Australia post kept it in Melbourne till Friday afternoon the result was I didn’t receive it in the ACT till Monday afternoon, this meant it was a much slower delivery then the first order. If this is the regular pattern then I will need to change my delivery dates to take this into account. The food is great and my dog loves itxs just a delivery adjustment.”
