Switched to Petzyo recently and so much to like. My dog loves the kibble and I feel like we’re helping the planet. Lower fat content is good for my breed of dog. Now I’ve signed up for regular deliveries because I have faith in this brand. I am of the view they actually care about my dog and the world in which we live.

Hi Heather, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear your dog has been experiencing tummy troubles. While kangaroo is a lean, novel protein, some dogs can have sensitivities to it or other ingredients in the recipe. We recommend trialling a different protein to see if it helps relieve those digestive issues. Our Lamb amp Ancient Grains recipe could be a great alternative. It uses grains instead of legumes, which can be easier for some dogs to digest, especially those prone to gas. The combination of lamb and ancient grains provides a balanced, gentle option that supports digestive health. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions as we would be more than happy to help. Louise

Hi Kim, Thankyou so much for your feedback and trying out Kangaroo amp Sweet Potato. Its not uncommon for dogs that transition to a new diet experience an increase in pooxs as they adjust. This is because their digestive system needs time to adapt to the new ingredients, nutrient levels, and fibre content. The adjustment period can cause temporary changes in stool volume, consistency, and frequency. Gradually transitioning to the new food over -10 days can help minimize digestive upset and reduce the increase in poop as they adapt. If your doggo continues to have increased stool size after a few weeks, and you are looking for an alternative, we would recommend trying our Lamb amp Ancient Grains which does have a lower fibre content, which may reduce stool volume! Please let me know if you have any questions as I would be more than happy to help. Louise
