“The food is excellent. But super unimpressed with the packaging! the bag broke the first time we opened it. The slide seal came away from the plastic. So never air tight - will be interesting to see if the food stays fresh for the recommended subscription time. I have major doubts. And genuinely think the packaging needs to be seriously revised!”
“Although the food contains very good ingredients, my dog did not like it, and have since cancelled my 39 day order. The problem was I think, he is not used to good quality dry food. He was a rescue dog who had to scrounge anything in order to survive. We are gradually introducing him to quality food, but it is trial and error.”
