“For my first order I intended just to get the Dry, but decided to try some of the Raw Patties. They arrived promptly and I was surprised at the size of the individual raw patties, they were much bigger than I expected. Sage loves all 3 flavors of the patties and loves the dry food. Shexs been eating it since the start of May and very quickly we noticed the softness of her coat!My only complaint is, that after the initial order I was prompted to activate my account and I did so right away and I immediately changed the subscription to remove the raw patties - I wanted the ongoing subscription to be just dry and thought that after Sage tried the raw patties, if she liked them (or liked 1 more than than the others) we could then order more. And to my surprise at the start of June I received another box of 40 Raw Patties! I logged back into my account and the subscription was still showing, the website had changed, appears there was an update, so I am wondering if that resulted in it being reset to the original order. Itxs not so bad as Sage loved them, problem is I have a small freezer and we were only halfway through the last batch so I had to take them to my neighbors. And I then needed to advance the dry food because that is what we were out of (and Ixd been expecting to receive). The dry food arrived promptly, and Ixve got my fingers crossed that itxs smooth sailing from here.”
