After some extensive research into good quality Australian-owned kibble - I bought your product. Unfortunately (maybe beyond your control) that was weeks ago and it’s still waiting to be shipped when I track the order. I’m aware I live in the NT and postage takes longer here but never this long. I also took the chance spending a larger sum on shipping compared to other brands seeing your product stands out from the rest only to have to wait longer (and not sure when or if it’s even coming still).
Being further away from access to good quality dog food I have since bought online ‘Lifewise ‘. I have already received it and have payed less for shipping.
Now I’m aware that the process of shipping etc maybe beyond your control but thought I’d let you know as it has meant that you have most likely lost a customer seeing I have had to look elsewhere and quite happy with the product I am now receiving.
