“My dog likes the kibble. However, I made the mistake of the subscription, which auto-reordered 4 weeks after buying two bags of kibble. Which I still had all of it, and no need for further bags. They were unable to help cancel my subscription or cancel the order, despite my request. I hoped the customer service would have been more helpful.”

We do send a day reminder about any upcoming orders which hopefully allows you enough time to adjust or delay any upcoming orders scheduled. Unfortunately it appears by the time you were reached out to our customer support team, the order was already dispatched for delivery.
