“Since we switched to this kibble Maxxs coat has been soft and shiny and although he is a fleece coat, he rarely matts up. Max tends to itch when he eats chicken so I love that petzyo is a single protein kibble. Delivery is quick usally 3-5 days. Max is not fussy when eating this kibble.”
“Petzyo will not publish any reviews that are lower than a 4 or a 5. So, I have to rate it 5 so that it get published. But truly, the rating I will give is a 1 star. And that is because there is no zero. Subscription service and customer experience are very, very disappointing. For me, the point of a subscription is so that I donxt run out of food and I donxt have to think about re-ordering. However, Petzyo delivery timeframes were inconsistent and I kept running out of food and having to get my dogs onto some other pet store food. As an example, my last order took 11 days to deliver. The one before is yet to be delivered after 1 days. Contacted customer service twice to enquire about the order that never arrived and both times all they said was sorry but youxll have to wait. Its AusPost fault and there is nothing we can do... I disagree.. plenty can be done. Can change freight providers, can change logistic model, warehouse locations, etc. If the entire business model is built on subscriptions so your customers get the food delivered before they run out, surely this needs to be priority number 1...I received a refund in the end for the food that was never delivered but it was not an easy process. I had to really get very upset with customer service to get it escalated. Customer service made it easy to get upset though as they kept misspelling my name. Anyway, if you are thinking about buying this food, consider if time of delivery and customer service are important to you. If you are ok to take a chance and potentially wait indefinitely for your pet food If you have the time and patience to be talking and arguing with customer service then Petzyo is for you”
