“Product arrived okay. But i noticed pretty soon after introducing it (gradually to existing feed) that my dog would throw up after every meal. I removed the dry food and the vomiting stopped. I thought maybe it was just my dog, so offered it to neighbours dog. His dog threw up too. I removed all the dry food from canisters and went to return it to main package and noticed there was mould growing on the dry food. I always buy in bulk and store in pantry and never had a dry dog food with mould growing on it. I will be submitting a complaint and request for refund.”

“The kibble itself is good, my dogs love it. However experience with the company is a little annoying. I don’t particularly like is the amount of emails (one every couple days). Even did a survey for 10% but the code didn’t work. When you don’t complete your order they send you a sms to remind you too. The volume of communications is off-putting hence haven’t gone on a subscription.”
