“My dog has just started, so I’m following the guidelines you provided and introducing Petzyo gradually. She likes it, but the kibble is bigger than she is used to, and she’s only small, so she is still adjusting I think. My only issue so far is that the 8 kg bag is quite heavy for me as I’m a senior, so maybe a 4 kg bag would suit me better, but I know 8 kg is the smallest in your range. I ordered a one-off to start with, as I don’t know how long it will take to use up. Also thanks for the feeding guide provided by your lovely staff. I also appreciated the initial samples you sent me, so I could see which one she liked best.”
“Amazing! We’ve been trialling many different dog food brands to try and find one that doesn’t upset our dog (who has recently developed a chicken allergy). A lot of the other brands that advertise as being chicken-free (main protein source of kangaroo or salmon) still list chicken products in their ingredients. “My dog used to have Acana and Orijen dog food, both brands when i open the package i could smell fresh yummy seafood but not Petzyo, plain! This is not the issue! My dog only enjoys dry food in her Kong, I found the Petzyo pellets are shattered so easily unlike other brands, the pallets stay in a whole piece! This is super annoying as I always have to clean my floor after her eating! I think I would never purchase this brand anymore and I would not recommend it either!”
“Having the subscription is great- you get reminded when it is about to be sent and can delay your order or make changes. This was awesome when we still had a heap of the previous bag that our little Addie hadn’t eaten yet. Some other companies are not that nice about giving the customer flexibility with their subscriptions.”
