“I ordered a lovely set of earrings for my sister, from my nephew, for Christmas. They arrived within 48 hours & just in time for Christmas (as it was a last minute purchase). Unfortunately when the item arrived it was defect. I contacted customer services with some images & they responded the same day very apologetic & sent me a new set out straight away. Very grateful for the superb customer service & for rectifying the issues so quickly! The item is a lovely sentimental gift & my sister loved them.”
