“After ordering although I got a confirmation email there was no indication of when they would be delivered. This was particularly interesting for me as I had ordered as a birthday present. When they arrived in the post a week later the backs were bent right down so I've had to bend them back up and they are not straight and have a bend in them, wouldn't be a problem if I was keeping for myself but when giving to somebody as a present not ideal really”
