“I was looking for a cheap necklace as a Christmas present for my toddler, who loves anything shiny, but I wouldn't lose out on too much if or when she eventually broke it. I stumbled across Philip Jones Jewellery who had a silver necklace available which also had her birthstone. I thought this would be perfect, and at a very reasonable price.
I cannot yet attest for the quality of the product, however it came very well packaged, feels nice to the touch, and with a nice card to display the necklace, inside of a little felt style bag.
I had an issue with delivery, on the part of Royal Mail, where it was marked as delivered but had not been received. I contacted the customer service email and dealt with a person named Adam. Adam promptly opened a missing parcel dispute with Royal Mail and despatched a new product. Communication from them was very fast and Adam was very good to deal with.
I think in future I will certainly use Philip Jones for any of my daughters costume jewellery. Their customer service is fantastic, prices very good and turn around is quick.”
