“Items are great. They were beautifully packaged. The Royal Mail delivery took 10 days. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd and because I could see it tracked - it came to my town for delivery then went 60 miles away where it sat for 8 days. I was on the edge of reporting it lost when it moved back and was delivered on 10th. It had taken 10 days. Disappointing because it was supposed to be for a birthday on 7th. I thought a week would be enough delivery time. At least the parcel was not lost/stolen.”
