“I ordered a gold necklace which is perfect however, I also had the option to add a gold plated birthstone charm that could be included (with an extra fee) once I received this item I was very disappointed. As firstly , the charm was low quality silver instead of gold. Secondly, the birthstone itself looked plastic and not like the picture. Overall, 50/50 experience which is a shame as I like Philip Jones and have had no problems in the past until now.”
