“I originally bought some thread through tear drop earrings from an offer on Groupon which were lovely, so assumed that direct sales from the company would be the same.
However this purchase was not the quality that I had become to expect.
All three items' quality and size on my order are nowhere near the original ones that I bought.
Very Disappointing!”
