“Sadly I cannot give more than 2 stars. The earrings are lovely, but the catch at the top was unstable on one of mine. I presumed it was safe and had been checked, I should have returned them and gone with my gut feeling.
Sadly, one fell out and got lost when I first wore them.
I did contact customer services who were extremely unhelpful. Do not think I shall use this company again.
I am very used to this type of catch on earrings so I know I put them in correctly. Sorry.”
